We ask for a deposit of one third the total price upon booking. Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque sent to Sally Fielding at Sally's Cottages, 7 St John's Street, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 5AP. You need to make your cheque payable to "Sally Ltd" or you can call with your card details (there is a charge of 2.5% for credit card payments, no charge for debit cards). We also require a security deposit of £100 which will be returned to you after your holiday for Croft House and Low Millgillhead.
Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4.30pm in order to uphold high standards in cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!
All fuel, power, and bed linen are included in the cost. You need to bring your own towels.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your holiday, we will return your £100 damage deposit (if it has been sent). We regret that any deposits or rental monies received are non returnable and non transferable. We advise you therefore to take out holiday insurance.
Pets are welcome (maximum 3 dogs at Low Millgillhead or Croft House, 2 dogs at Rose Cottage) at £15 per dog. Dogs are absolutely not allowed in any of the bedrooms and we ask that they don't use the furniture.

The cottages operate a no smoking policy.
Our usual changeover day is a Friday.
